Today on Legalese we will be discussing an article from the Notre Dame Law Review that suggests we utilize qualified immunity as a weapon to flagrantly and intentionally violate your constitutionally protected natural and individual right to keep and bear arms.
This podcast episode is largely based on my recent article, published over on Substack not too long ago— “Qualified Immunity As Gun Control…Really?” Though in making this video I have updated some points made in the article and further elaborate on other points I only briefly mentioned.
You can find links to all the primary source material I reference in this episode, as well as additional links to related articles, studies, laws and other source material on this episode’s show notes.
Also, Today, starting with this video, all show notes pages for my podcast episodes will include a full transcript of the episode that can be read like an article…
This feature will end up going behind a paywall at some point in the future if I can overcome my dis-ease with requiring people to pay for my content. But, given my diagnosis of terminal Minnesota Nice Syndrome, I don’t see that happening anytime soon.
