Hello Legalese friends and subscribers. I was just updating my FantasySCOTUS predictions and had an interesting thought…. If you are not familiar, FantasySCOTUS is basically a fantasy team league with Supreme Court Terms and cases. I thought perhaps some of you may be interested in joining a private league specifically for Legalese subscribers and have some fun discussing and predicting the outcomes of cases I cover in my Supreme Court Roundup, plus any other cases you all might be closely following.
Leave a comment on this thread to let me know if you would be interested, and if enough people are, I’ll set that league up! To learn more about FantasySCOTUS just head over to https://fantasyscotus.net
Every single term, I resolve to make my predictions in every case. Every single year, I make predictions for October's argued cases and then forget / run out of time / whatever.
With that being said, yes, I will join your league! (And then lose, because I will fail to make a prediction in every case, i.e. the single most important thing to do to win FantasySCOTUS.)

Excellent! I have somewhat arbitrarily decided 6 people would be enough to justify creating a private league. So, one down and five to go...
